We are committed to sustainability
Good health and quality of life
We develop well-being initiatives dedicated to our employees. We have introduced regular Health Day celebrations, first aid training and we promote health prevention, physical activity and support healthy habits.
Quality education
As an expert in the financial industry, we prioritize education, which we promote and disseminate through free educational materials available on our website and the activities of the Xtebir Foundation aimed at school youth. In 2025, we organized the first Xtebir Tech Academy, the aim of which was to launch an internship program with the help of educational activities in the field of technology.
Gender equality
We recognize that the industry in which the Xtebir Group operates is characterized by an employment disproportion by gender, which stems from the nature of the industry. Our job offers are addressed to all interested people, regardless of their gender. In 2024 we increased the share of the underrepresented gender in the company’s supervisory bodies. We organize training in the DEI area and have introduced a Diversity Policy.
Economic growth and decent work
We are building a responsible organizational culture based on mutual respect. We provide stable and competitive employment conditions for our team, which has led to 87% of our employees recommending Xtebir to their close ones as a good place to work.
Industry, innovation and infrastructure
We rely on the latest technologies, seeking innovation and striving for the highest quality. Through our proprietary xStation platform and investment application, we provide modern investment solutions to clients from all over the world. We are constantly expanding our product portfolio to meet the needs of as many interested people with different preferences as possible.
Responsible consumption and production
We strive for rational resource management by raising awareness among our employees i.a. through our internal program “Natural Investment.” We have eliminated plastic in our offices in favor of reusable dishes.
Climate action
In 2024 we calculated for the first time our carbon footprint within the Xtebir Group and we implemented first Xtebir Climate Policy. We analyzed Xtebir office locations in terms of climate risks, identifying locations most exposed to the risk of extreme weather conditions.
Life on land
Our contribution to environmental protection is reflected in the initiatives we undertake, actions for responsible resource management and giving up plastic. In 2023 we planted over 2,000 seedlings, in 2024 we cleaned up Kabacki Forest in Warsaw and in 2025 we cleaned the banks of Narew River! Xtebir headquarters, as one of the tenants of the Skyliner office building, uses the professional waste measurement system “Waste Tracker”!
Partnerships for the goals
We are open to collaboration to achieve our strategic goals and the statutory objectives of the Xtebir Foundation. We are a member of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses, a member of the Responsible Business Forum since September 2024 and in 2021 we became a signatory of the Diversity Charter. Established in 2020, the Xtebir Foundation engages in partnerships related to educational, charitable and environmental activities.
