Sustainable office
Our office is a space where new ideas and innovative solutions are created. We want it to be a place that provides our employees with comfort, the opportunity to regenerate and work effectively. Therefore, in 2022, we moved our headquarters to an office building distinguished with the British BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. This is an important step in achieving our sustainability goals in the management and maintenance of our office. In 2024, 100% of the electricity consumed at the Xtebir S.A. Headquarters came from renewable energy sources (21% of Xtebir Group consumption).
Employee engagement
At Xtebir each employee has the opportunity to devote two days a year to employee volunteering. In 2023, our team participated in a tree planting campaign and a year later we cleaned the Kabacki Forest together. In October 2024, we joined the Elektroeko and UNEP/GRID Warsaw initiative, engaging in the collection of electronic waste.
